S&J USA products are allocated and sold directly from its resourceful manufacturing and distribution warehouse in Los Angeles. Some S&J USA products may be found at its authorized distributors location throughout the world. Please contact us to verify the distributorship of any resellers that may be carrying S&J USA products.
S&J Local Warehouse Pick-Up Available | Will-Call
Local pick-up is available during normal business hours – Monday through Friday ( 8am to 5pm ). The 20,000 square foot S & J USA warehouse is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles near the famous Fashion District. Please contact us for special pick-up arrangements and deliveries. For driving directions, please see our main contact page.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange for pre-stock items only – No other exchange or returns allowed ;subject to the restrictions. Before returning any item, you must contact SNJ within ten (10) days of the invoice date for a Return Material Authorization (RMA #) number. This does not mean you have to return it before 10 days. The request simply needs to be in before the 10th day. RMAs are valid for thirty (30) days from date of issue. The RMA number must appear on your return packing label. Please do not write on the outside of the box.
Returns will not be accepted without a RMA Number. Credit will be issued to the original credit card only. Credits will posted to the card holders account within 30 days of the package arrival to our warehouse.
Damaged goods or merchandise must be returned to S & J promptly within 10 days of receiving and inspected by S & J warehouse manager before any exchanges or return are authorized.
S&J USA does not offer any type of warranty with the exception of each individual vendors policy. However, defective S&J USA products may be returned to the dealer at which it was purchased. Exchanges are only granted under the condition the parts are unused, in original condition with original packaging and with receipt. Please see RMA F.A.Q. for more information. There is no refund on parts sold, only exchanges will be honored in most cases. Return merchandise process are different and exclusive depending on the dealer and/or store. You must contact the store for their return procedure. S&J USA does not accept any returns directly unless otherwise noted for a particular part or merchandise purchased from S&J USA warehouse.
S&J USA items are finished components products and are intended for specific apparel, accessories, and/or retail use. S&J USA is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products.
If your part was bought through S&J USA directly for promotional offer, RMA Number must be approved before any exchanges can be honored.
S&J offers free local delivery within 10 mile radius with prior arrangements and minimum order requirement. Please contact us for detail.
Third Party Courier Service
If buyer prefers or had its own shipping courier account, S&J can ship the products accordingly. Commonly used couriers include UPS, Fedex, or U.S. Postal Service.
The more you order, the less you’ll pay for shipping.

For orders of $1000 or more, shipping charges are normally included. No need to factor in shipping charges for ground service at the end of your order.
Shipping Costs for Multiple Addresses
We’ll be happy to ship items from one order to multiple addresses. Standard shipping rates apply for each delivery address if the order total is under $1000. For orders of $1000 or more, ground service to your first address is free. Subsequent addressees fall under a flat shipping rate:

UPS Ground Service
Standard orders will be processed (pending credit card approval) in 1-2 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, except holidays. Customers can expect delivery 3-5 business days after the order is processed.
UPS 2nd Day Air
2nd-Day Air orders will be processed (pending credit card approval) in 1-2 business days. A business day is Monday though Friday, not including holidays. Customers can expect delivery 2-3 business days after the order is processed.
UPS Next Day Air Saver
We can begin delivery on overnight orders quicker and later than most online services. Just call before 8 p.m. EST, and in most cases, we’ll ship your order that same day (pending credit card approval) for delivery by 5:00 PM the following business day. A business day is Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Refunds on Shipping Charges
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping charges to your credit card. For shipping charge refunds without a receipt, you must provide the original order number.

As a manufacturer and an authorized YKK product distributor, S & J USA require an application to obtain an account.
