S&J USA does not offer any type of warranty with the exception of each individual vendors policy. However, defective S&J USA products may be returned to the dealer at which it was purchased. Exchanges are only granted under the condition the parts are unused, in original condition with original packaging and with receipt. Please see RMA F.A.Q. for more information. There is no refund on parts sold, only exchanges will be honored in most cases. Return merchandise process are different and exclusive depending on the dealer and/or store. You must contact the store for their return procedure. S&J USA does not accept any returns directly unless otherwise noted for a particular part or merchandise purchased from S&J USA warehouse.
S&J USA items are finished components products and are intended for specific apparel, accessories, and/or retail use. S&J USA is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products.
If your part was bought through S&J USA directly for promotional offer, RMA Number must be approved before any exchanges can be honored.
